its very simple u wanted to have separate post different categories...

Step-1
login blogspot go to post create new post mark post click new label write your label
which u need create category press ok See in image.....
Step-2
Click on view post open in new page....
Step-3
after open page click on label ...
Step-4
copy the full link ...
Step-5
go to layout click add a gadget
Click Add external link past the label link u copy and add Page title save link save arrangement
